What is SpotCam Store's return and exchange policy?
SpotCam Brand Official Store offers a seven-day return policy for purchases made on the SpotCam website. For detailed return procedures, please refer to point 3 of the Shopping Guidelines section at the bottom of this page.
What is SpotCam's product warranty service policy?
SpotCam provides a one-year warranty service for parts replacement. The warranty service includes free product repair within the warranty period and free shipping back to the Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu regions after repair. The warranty service does not cover product damage caused by human factors or shipping fees incurred when returning the product to SpotCam.
How can I track the shipping status of my order?
Rest assured, 99% of orders will be shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. Upon placing your order and its confirmation, you will receive a system notification email with your order number. After your order is shipped, you will receive another email notification with the shipping tracking number, allowing you to track the delivery progress on the logistics company's website. These notifications will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order, so please check your inbox.

1. Payment Methods
- If the error code is "Denied by Issuing Terminal" or "Pending Confirmation," please contact your issuing bank to address the issue. Typically, the phone number of the issuing bank is located on the back of the credit card.
- If the error code is "Insufficient Funds," please use another credit card or contact the issuing bank.
- If the error code is "Card Expired," please contact the issuing bank to update your card and proceed with payment again.
- If none of the above error codes apply, contact the issuing bank to resolve the issue and retry the payment after resolving the problem.
2. Shipping
- SpotCam ships orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving them, depending on the selected shipping method. Shipments are extended to the next business day in the event of holidays.
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email, which will also include the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status on the websites of the following logistics companies.
- Shipping is free for orders totaling $40 or more.
- For orders totaling less than $40, shipping fees apply.
- Please ensure that the shipping information you provided is correct.
- If delivery cannot be made due to inaccurate information, resulting in refusal of acceptance or absence of the recipient, SpotCam will cancel the order directly.
- After the product is returned, SpotCam will refund the order amount and notify you by email upon completion of the process.
- Note: Some courier companies may not return the product if multiple delivery attempts fail and they are unable to contact you. In such cases, SpotCam will not proceed with the refund process.
- SpotCam will notify you by email after the shipment. If you do not receive the shipment notification email, please contact store@myspotcam.com.
3. Returns Policy and Procedure
- Please request a return within 7 to 30 days after the product arrives.
- Within the return period, visit the SpotCam official store, select "Inquiries" from the footer menu, and choose "Return Request" under order information.
- Follow the instructions for the return process, receive a confirmation email from the return system, pack or send the item according to the instructions, and enter the return tracking number.
- Upon arrival of the return, SpotCam will process the refund within 5 business days.
- If the item is not completely damaged, the refund process takes about 5 business days. If the item is missing, lost, or damaged, a refund for the missing or damaged item will be issued.
- Explanation of Restocking Fee
- Returned items must be in complete packaging and with all accessories. Failure to meet the above return conditions may result in a restocking fee.
- Explanation of Return Shipping Fee
- The cost of shipping returned items to the warehouse is borne by the consumer.
- Explanation of Discount Amount
- If a set discount item is returned and the retained item does not meet the event conditions, the retained item will be calculated at the original price. SpotCam will automatically deduct the discount amount from the original order during the refund.
- After the return, if the retained item does not qualify for free shipping, SpotCam will automatically deduct the shipping fee during the refund.
