Preparing for Returns
1. Notice Regarding Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 to 30 days from the date of product receipt.
- If the returned item is not in new condition, there may be a restocking fee.

Return all accessories included with the product; failure to do so may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Use the original shipping box for returns; failure to do so may result in a deduction for packaging costs.
- Properly package the item to prevent damage; insufficient packaging may result in a deduction for repair costs.
2. Procedure for Return Requests
1. Verification of Order Number and Related Information
- Check the order number provided in the order confirmation email received from the SpotCam official store.
- If the order number is not available, provide the following information:
- Email address used for the order, accessible at the time.
- Product model and quantity ordered.
2. Submission of Return Request and Related Information
- Send an email to store@myspotcam.com with the subject "Return Request," providing the necessary information. Include as much detail as possible to expedite the return process.
- Upon receipt of the return request, SpotCam will respond within 7 business days. The response will be sent to the email address used for the return request or the one used for the order. In case of any delays, please contact store@myspotcam.com.
3. Shipping Rules and Procedures for Returns
1. Packaging and Preparation for Return
- Restore the product to its original condition, ensuring all accessories are included and it is in a new condition suitable for resale.
- Within the return period, select "Return Request" from the "Inquiry" menu on the SpotCam official store's website.
- Follow the instructions in the return confirmation email to package or ship the item and provide the return tracking number to store@myspotcam.com.
2. Return Policy
- Upon receipt of the returned item in undamaged and complete condition, the refund process will be completed within several days to weeks. If the item is missing or damaged, SpotCam will deduct the value of the missing or damaged item before processing the refund. Upon completion of the refund, you will receive another notification email.
- Explanation of Refurbishment Fees
Returned items must be in new condition with complete packaging and accessories to be eligible for a refund. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, SpotCam may charge a refurbishment fee based on the situation.
- Explanation of Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping for items returned within the return period will be covered by SpotCam.
- Explanation of Discount Amounts
If a discounted item is returned and the remaining items no longer qualify for the promotion, the remaining items will be calculated at the regular price. SpotCam will automatically deduct the discount amount from the original order during the refund process.
After a return, if the remaining items no longer qualify for free shipping, SpotCam will automatically deduct the shipping fee from the refund.
3. If you wish to cancel a return after submitting a return request, please promptly email store@myspotcam.com with the order number you wish to cancel. Our dedicated staff will assist you.
